We currently do not accept refunds or returns for reasons other than damage upon arrival. This means that once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded simply due to a change of mind, wrong size or model ordered, or any other preference-related reasons.

However, if your product arrives damaged, we will absolutely take care of it. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us right away — ideally within 14 days of delivery. When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the damage

  • Photos or a short video showing the condition of the product and packaging

Once we receive this information, our team will quickly review your case and offer you a   refund for the damaged item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, as these charges are paid directly to the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout to ensure the correct item, size, and quantity are selected.
